1.(at South Bay General Hospital)
(Kelly enters the building)
(she walks down the hall to Blains' room and goes in)
Blain: Hey, I was wondering if you were going to stop by.
Kelly: I'm here. How are you feeling?
Blain: Great. I'm getting better and better every day. The doctor says I should be out of here in no time.
Kelly: Well I'm glad. I miss you. (holds his hand)
Blain: I miss you too.
(they kiss passionately)
2.(at David's apartment)
(David opens the front door)
David: Oh my God.
(his eyes widen at what he sees)
David: It's worse than I thought. Everything is black, from the walls to the furniture. Everything.
(meanwhile Scott is in the bedroom and hears David's voice)
Scott: You have got to be kidding me. What is he doing out of the hospital so soon? If he finds me here he'll put two and two together and realize that I was behind all of this. I have to get out of here.
(he takes a step and hits a lamp and the lamp falls on the floor, shattering)
David: What was that? Hello! Is anyone here? Hello?
(David makes his way into the kitchen and heading towards the bedroom)
Scott: (Whispering to himself) Don't come in here.
David: Hello?
(meanwhile one of David's neighbors, an elderly woman enters the apartment)
Neighbor: Hello. Yoo-hoo, David.
(David hears and walks to the front door)
David: Oh hello. You really shouldn't be in here with the apartment like this.
Neighbor: Oh it's alright. I just wanted to come on by and tell you how sorry I was about this.
David: Thank you.
Neighbor: Do you know what started it?
David: Not yet but we're working on it.
(meanwhile Scott comes out of the bedroom and goes into the kitchen, hiding in a corner)
Neighbor: That's good. Well I better get going, but if you need anything, you know where I am.
David: Yes I do.
Neighbor: Good-bye.
David: Bye.
(she leaves, and David heads back to the bedroom, meanwhile Scott makes a run for it and exits the apartment immediately)
3.(at the Andrews mansion)
(Jennifer is in the entertainment room watching television)
(she flicks through the channel quickly and getting agitated)
Jennifer: I don't believe this. The one day I am home from work there is nothing on television. Stupid sports have interrupted not only Days of our Lives but Passions too. But no, worst of all, it interrupted General Hospital. I wanted to see if the new Carly is good. But of course, Sarah Brown was perfect though.
(she turns the television off)
Jennifer: Maybe I should check out the movies we have. I don't remember the last time I brought a video to keep.
(she walks over to a stand that has videotapes on it for display and use)
Jennifer: Hmm, let's see. Nope, nope, nope, seen that, boring, useless, not funny, too sad, uhh, what's this.
(she comes across a videotape without a case or label)
Jennifer: I don't believe I've seen this before. Where did it come from? Guess I'll have to see.
(she takes the videotape and puts it in the v.c.r.)
(she then sits on the couch and hits the play button for the v.c.r. and turns on the television)
4.(in Tracy's car)
(Tracy is driving to Nathaniel Prescott's house)
Tracy: I believe I'm going in the right direction. This is the address I found that matched the phone number and Nathaniel's name. Atleast there's one thing for sure, with Victoria at the clinic she won't be able to tip this guy off and tell him to hit the road. I'll be able to see him in person. I think that given the right amount of time I'll be able to get the info I want from him. I won't leave without it.
5.(at Marshall's clinic)
(in the backroom where Marshall and Victoria are)
Marshall: We don't need to turn this into something it's not Victoria.
Victoria: I am doing the exact opposite. Infact everything I've said is the exact truth. You won't accept it because Tracy is the wrong one in this. Finally, I've gotten what I want.
Marshall: What do you mean by that?
Victoria: I finally have something to hold over Tracy's pretty little head. Everytime she runs into me, or sees me, or talks to me, or threatens me, I will remind her of everything. You see there's one thing you don't know about me Marshall, and that's that I'm a fighter. I never give up. I will fight Tracy to the bitter end. So if I were you, I'd keep close tabs on your wife. You never know what you might read in The Tribute one morning.
Marshall: Is that a threat?
Victoria: Oh no dear, it's a promise. A promise that I will always keep. Now if you'd excuse me Doc, I'm going to leave.
(she walks pass him and he grabs her arm)
Victoria: (clears her throat) Do you want me to add something else to that long list? Because if not, then you'd better get your hand off my arm, now.
(he lets go)
Victoria: Thank you. It's been a pleasure talking to you.
(she smiles and leaves)
6.(at South Bay General Hospital)
Blain: How is everything in town? Have I missed anything?
Kelly: Not much. Same old stuff. Although I overheard that the writer, David Miller, his apartment burned down last night. I heard that it was awful.
Blain: That's bad. Well atleast I have good news.
Kelly: What?
Blain: I spoke with my doctor today and it looks as if I'm going to be released this evening. He said that I'm doing well.
Kelly: What? You're kidding me. That's great. I'll call your mother and let her know.
(Kelly starts to walk off to make the phonecall)
Blain: No.
(she halts at Blain's answer)
Kelly: No? How come? I thought you'd want her to know.
Blain: It's not what you think. I just want to spend some time alone with you before everyone knows I'm out.
Kelly: (walks over to him) That's sweet. I love you so much, Blain.
Blain: I love you too.
(Kelly leans inward to Blain slowly, they both touch lips softly, and then embrace in a hug)
7.(at Marshall's clinic)
(Marshall is at the front desk of the clinic)
(he dials Tracy's cellphone number on the telephone, it rings several times)
Tracy: Tracy Lincoln.
Marshall: It's me. We have a big problem. A huge problem.
Tracy: What's wrong?
Marshall: It's Victoria. She's gone.
Tracy: No, she's can't be.
Marshall: Well she is. I tried to keep her back but I couldn't. She even made threats. Threats to bring a lawsuit for what happened at her house.
Tracy: This isn't good.
Marshall: I think she may be on to you.
Tracy: Damn. That's not good. I'm almost at Nathaniel Prescott's house.
Marshall: Maybe you should just turn around, come home and I'll meet you.
Tracy: I'm sorry but I can't. I have to settle this now before Victoria ruins my chance.
Marshall: I hope you're doing the right thing.
Tracy: I'm doing the only right thing.
8.(at the Andrews mansion, in the entertainment room)
(Jennifer sitting, presses the play button on the v.c.r. to play)
Jennifer: What's this?
(the screen is blank)
Jennifer: What a movie this is. A blockbuster hit.
(suddenly a picture appears on the screen, it's of the hallway on the second floor of the Andrews mansion)
Jennifer: What in the world?
(there's no sound to the video)
(meanwhile Jennifer, a few years younger appears on the screen, looking very angry, her father enters the hallway yelling at her and ordering her)
Jennifer: This isn't what I think it is.
(her father pulls her by the arm hard)
Jennier: It is.
(she stops the video)
(Jennifer takes the tape out of the v.c.r and takes the tape inside and rips it up)
Jennifer: (breathing heavy) Where did this come from? Who saw this? Could it have been Dad? Or could it have been.... Kelly.
9.(meanwhile Victoria is in her car driving very very fast)
(driving way pass the speed limit, cars nearby honk their horns as she cuts them off, she comes to a sudden stop at a red light)
Victoria: Tracy thought she could hide me away for a few hours so she could snoop around. She even had her husband try to keep me locked up at his clinic. But like I said before I will not let her find out the truth. I will do everything in my power to keep it from her.
10.(meanwhile Tracy drives up Nathaniel Prescott's driveay)
(she takes the key out of the cars ignition and gets out)
Tracy: Well this is it. I'll finally get all the answers I want. Today I will know the truth and no one, not even Victoria can stop me.
(she walks up to the door and knocks three timrd)
Nathaniel: (he cracks the door opens som) Yes, may I help you?
Tracy: Yes, I'm looking for a Mr. Nathaniel Prescott.
Nathaniel: I'm him, what do you want?
Tracy: I need to speak with you, it's important.
Nathaniel: Who are you?
Tracy: (hesitates but say its) I'm uh... Tracy Lincoln.
(he tries to close the door on her but she places her foot in the door)
Tracy: Please, I have to speak with you. You're my only option, I've come far and I'm not leaving until I speak with you.
11.(at David's apartment)
(David walks out of his bedroom and enters the kitchen)
David: It's a mess, worse. Everything that I owned is gone. I'll have to start all over again. I was already in a slump as it was, but now... gosh.
(he looks around and looks at the ground)
David: What the...
(he looks at the right and sees a lighter that's all blackened)
David: A lighter. What the hell is this doing here? I don't even smoke. I don't know anyone who does. Unless... it doesn't make sense though. Who? Why? Could this fire not been an accident?
12.(at the Taylor's mansion)
(Rebecca is in the living room reading a magazine just as Scott enters the front door)
Rebecca: Well look who's home. I didn't hink I'd see you today. Well there's the meeting at the Country Club but that wasn't much. Where were you?
Scott: I had some business to take care of.
Rebecca: Jerry Henderson called, he said that he had an article for The Tribute that he wanted to run by you.
Scott: Fine, I'll be in my office.
(Scott leaves the room)
Rebecca: You stay couped up in that office all the time. What could be so great in there? What are you hiding?
13.(at Nathaniel Prescott's house)
(Nathaniel opens the door and lets Tracy in)
Tracy: Thank you so muhc. You have no idea what this means.
Nathaniel:What do you want?
Tracy: I need answers and I believe that you have them. I know your daughter is Victoria, there's no need in denying it or anything else I say because I know everything. Almost. I just need you to fill in the pieces. I believe that somehow your daughter and I are connected. I've had this feeling for some time now. Victoria denies it but I can tell that she's lying., Then I came across you, with all of my info I now believe that you know what's going on too. Please help me, all I want is to know the truth.
Nathaniel: I'm not sure I can help you.
Tracy: But that's where you're wrong, you can. I'm sure Victoria told you not to but I beg you to. Help me, provide me with answers, the truth.
Nathaniel: I can't, I'm sorry. You'll have to leave.
Tracy: Please, I'm begging you.
Nathaniel: Just leave please.
Tracy: Don't deny me of my right to know the truth. Help me.
(he turns away from her, rethinking of what to do)
(Tracy concerned of what he'll say, she walks around to face him)
Tracy: What'll it be?
Nathaniel: Ok, I'll help you. I'll tell you everything you want to know.
